A flat rate of $10 (incl. GST) is charged on orders under $99.99* for standard shipping Australia-wide.

Express shipping will be calculated at checkout, delivery timeframes are provided by freight carrier. Outdoor Ed cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels arriving at their destination.

Standard delivery is usually 10 business days from dispatch and will depend on your location. The indicated standard delivery time is an estimate only – this is not guaranteed and may vary dependent on your location. Outdoor Ed cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels arriving at their destination.

*Bulky items are charged according to the freight calculator during the check-out process, they may be shipped separately and take longer to arrive.

Do you ship outside Australia? No, we only ship to Australian addresses.

Shipment delays:

Sometimes the product you select might be unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you by phone and/or email and you will be given the option to wait for the item to arrive back in stock, choose an alternative item, or cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.

Discrepancies:

All orders are wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive complete and in a usable condition.
