How to place an Order

For general purchases of our range of outdoor equipment we have a streamlined shopping cart and checkout platform that allows intuitive and easy navigation of our online store. Each step of this process has the relevant instructions needed to complete your purchase. Should you have any questions along the way our chat window is available to help assist with your needs.

For outdoor professionals with access to pro-deal pricing, please ensure that you sign into your verified pro-deal account and if required, enter discount code at checkout. Pro-deal accounts will not be valid until proof of qualification or employment within the outdoor industry has been provided. Until validation the account will be a regular customer account.

School or other commercial customers can make regular purchases any time. In addition, we have our specialized quoting service. Customers signed in to their unique commercial/institutional accounts can browse the website,  selecting items suitable for their programs. Once all desired items are selected and added to the cart this cart can then be submitted for quotation. If there is any equipment required for your quotation that is not currently available to view on the website, the equipment can be requested to the quote in the notes section on the following step. Once cart is complete you may then click on the submit for quote. This will be forwarded to our sales team who will then provide official quotation on the required equipment considering the volume + total order value and include all relevant information such as stock availability and delivery time frames.

Upon acceptance of this quote, our team will convert the quote to an invoice and send through for payment.

Gear List is an exciting part of our offering here at Outdoor Ed, where we build custom equipment checklists for all manners of outdoor programs, assisting with the smooth delivery of school camps, scout trips, cadet exercises and commercial operator programs. Our aim is simple, to get your participants kitted out with the right gear helping them and your staff have the best possible outdoor experience.

To use Gear list simply type the name of the school or group you are shopping for, and the relevant option will appear in the drop-down menu. Once you’ve selected your program, a shopping list will appear that is tailored to your needs. All equipment on this list will have been approved as suitable for use on program.  Next it is time to choose the preferred option, size and colour. All items will then be able to be added to your cart. Once items are in cart you will be able to check out in the same manner as any other purchase made on our online store.
